Filipa Burul, PhD student and project collaborator (HRZZ-DOK-2021-02-1355), participated in the PhD Café at Caffe Bar Štacija in Split on 14 May, organized by the Croatian Science Foundation (HRZZ). She gave a presentation titled “Olive Scents as New Allies in the Fight Against the Olive Moth”, in which she presented her research work focused on developing new methods for the protection of olive crops, with special emphasis on the use of volatile compounds from olives as attractants for economically important pests of this crop. The above research work is based on the results of the LoVeFly KK.01.1.1.04.0002 project.
